Free Product Testing for DeDusting
Pelletron offers a comprehensive free-of-charge DeDusting test to its customers.
The delivered test results include a detailed digital report as well as the separation of successfully removed dust and streamers according to customer request.
The Pelletron FineAlyzer™ measures dust particles as small as 1.6 micron with its unique wet test analysis.
Pelletron provides an electronic test report which includes a ppm analysis, as well as digital images of the material before and after and the dust removed. The cleaned material and the removed dust will be returned to you for your review. This test is free of charge without any obligation.
*Freight costs for test material to be paid by customer.
Dry tests are done according to ASTM D 1921-96 standards. Wet tests are performed using FEM 2482 Type A, B or C and the Superior Pelletron Test standard which measures particles as small as 1.6 micron. Below is the shipping form with instructions for sending a sample.
